Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: ICE! No sand was down, just glare ice. Studded tires help. Spikes are a good call to put on before getting out of your car. 3 Other cars in lot on arrival, one arriving moments after. And another when I was leaving.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Water Crossing Notes: Easy. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All ice was avoidable, but I did use spikes in parking lot!! Season to always carry them. Saw a few others who said they were needed in a section of the ski trail.

Dog-Related Notes: Great for dogs. My doggo had a great time. Met two others that were also having fun.

Comments: Great hike for a clear, mild but windy day! Old Path up, South Peak then North, back down Old Path. Felt like a late fall day. Ready for snowy mountains! Passed about 10 other people throughout my travels, all enjoying the day.
