The upper part (3300' +/-) of the trail is disrupted by a tangled mess from some past storms, and the very few (6) blazes are tricky to find. There is evidence of maintenance--cut branches, one sawn tree trunk--but you have to look carefully. |

Carr Mt. trail from Warren
A beautiful day for the first snowshoe outing of the season. Snowshoes were perfect for conditions; our trail should make it easier for others. No one was was or had been on either the trail from Warren or that from 3 Ponds. |
