 | Comments: |
I was able to bare boot to the junction of the Garfield Ridge Trail. The whole hike could have been done without spikes (with care), but I would've been uncomfortable on the steep .2 coming down from the summit back to the junction. I took the spikes off after about three miles on the descent. The trail is nicely packed down, I saw around 15 other hikers. It was very cold with the wind chill today. Never removed my puffy. |
