Comments
Comments: Following the mixed precip yesterday, another couple of inches of snow fell overnight.

Trail had only seen boot traffic today and is not well consolidated. I wore snowshoes roundtrip and was hoping my track would set up overnight for the betterment of the footbed, but a barebooter was churning it up (and working a lot harder as a result) a few minutes later. There is now 6 to 10 inches of snowpack, so flotation of some sort (snowshoes or skis) is advised.

Sun never really broke through as forecast, but temperatures made it up to the low 30s.
