The perfect place to go when wanting a break from snowshoes (but not wanting to trash a trail by Microspiking/barebooting), as the access road is typically plowed throughout the winter. It was plowed and sanded this afternoon. Perhaps 2 to 3 inches of snowpack in the woods.
