Comments
Comments: Wow, what a day. At the trailhead, the temps were just about 40 or so degrees, and the mercury didn't dip much at all by the time I hit the summit. And oddly, back at the car, it remained the same as before. Clouds hung around the summit, limiting the view, but with warm weather and a fine trail, I'll take it as it comes, thanks.

I'd forgotten this was a major holiday, so was a tad surprised that I had to parallel park on the road, but hey, with so many trailheads in the area, the mountain wasn't crowded at all. Lots of pups having their best day out, and as far as the humans, smiles all around. This was certainly a day for the books.

Photos and a more detailed write-up are on my blog as always.
