Trails fared well during Irene. Some erosion at the lower levels. One large climb-over blowdown on Manning about halfway down. A few smaller step overs on Manning, too. Nothing impassable. |

Cardigan came through Irene just fine, other than erosion issues at lower altitudes. The summit and climb over Firescrew are just fine and always beautiful. Still one of the best hikes around. Lots of bang for your buck. |
