Comments
Comments: Started late friday evening and camped after Mt Surprise. Saturday morning by 6am brought rumble. Made a quick breakfast and struck camp. Just as I put the last of the gear into my pack the deluge, thunder and lighting started. Hiked for an hour in pouring rain but trail was in good condition.

After an hour of hiking and peaking the storm had passed. On my way down there were a lot of hikers ascending, it felt good to know I had the trial to myself the day before and in the morning.
