Comments
Comments: Quickly took off my spikes and put on snowshoes at the Shannon Pond Kiosk. Turtleback Mt. Tr. is a snowmobile trail and well packed. Doing a counterclockwise loop, Upper Bridle Path > Oak Ridge Cutoff > High Ridge Tr. > Faraway Mt. Tr., no traffic since the last snowstorm (except for the lower section of Faraway Mt. Tr. below Faraway Connector), and I broke out these trails. Oak Ridge Tr. had a fair amount of use and getting well packed.

Snow of varying depths from a couple of inches to possibly 6 inches or more, with higher drifts on the High Ridge Tr.
