Worked on some of the sections of trail with running and standing water. Will need to go back with additional tools to complete job. No blowdowns, and trail above where I was working was reported to be in decent shape by other hikers. |

Lots of water on lower portion of trail, a few spots for dogs to even get a good 'lay down' in to cool off. Geneva actually helped in a few spots by digging in the right direction for me! |

Thankfully not a lot of extra damage by Irene. Will continue to keep clearing water bars and fixing up/creating water channels to attempt to dry up the wetter sections of the trail. |
