Comments
Comments: Only about an inch or two of powder by lunchtime, but it's still snowing steadily. Not too much wind yet.

Seemed like there was a good half a foot to a foot of powder on top of the previous base. There has been some snowmobile traffic winding its way up from the base of the double chair and side-by-side up the next complex over, both continuing up to the communications tower. Unlike last winter, no snowcat grooming activity.

Some barebooter attempted to summit recently, but didn't make it too far beyond the communications tower. There's a good two feet of snowpack in the woods, so barebooting isn't going to get you to the highpoint unless you're a moose. Barebooting up the ski trails is a great way to get the locals mad!

Plenty of ski tracks on the ski slopes, but since the area has been closed since the COVID shutdown, the trails are growing in with brush. It will take a few more feet of snow to cover all of the brush, but it is skiable with caution.
