Parking/Access Road Notes: Sawyer River Rd closed, tried to do trail work from Lincoln Woods. Thats a long walk with tools.

Water Crossing Notes: All crosings easily done with care 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: East Side Trail: Large culvert washed out before the campground, path around is defined. Several washed out areas. Wilderness: A large washout of the RR grade before the site of the former bridge, marked. A few areas with water damage, but negotiable. Carrigain Notch: I only made it about 1/2 mile, but removed 7 blowdowns. Treadway in good shape for this section.

Comments: Hot and humid day for a long walk. Was not able to get tot the whole trail from this side. Hope the Sawyer River Rd opens soon.
