Road is plowed wide. Not sanded, but remaining snow provides good traction. We had a 4x4, but I would have taken my small car. |

Considerable breaking effort as anticipated. Light powder conditions; we were sinking in snowshoes about a foot to 18" or more throughout. Two of us did this out and back. |
