Went up ski trail to old path… was happy to see it had been broken out by snowshoes… televators helpful in spots to col, views from South Doublehead ledges were grand… Presidentials in clear today… from there I broke trail to true summit and over to east facing views…. Backtracked to col then went up the very steep new path to North Doublehead. Handful of people at cabin with skies… checked out east view behind cabin… went back down new path to col then down old path and ski trail to car. Snowshoes all day. Only saw 2 people up on the ridge and they had snowshoes…. Beautiful snowshoeing right now to these 2 gems. Great day ✌🻠|
