Snowshoes were a must for this hike! Trail was pretty well packed, but choppy and post-holed throughout, especially from Zeta Pass over to Carter Dome (we did not do Mt Hight). The hut was open. Views of the Presidentials and off to the east were great. Overall, a wonderful hike! |
