Very cold and windy at the top. Within the trees it was pretty calm and trail was snowshoe width. Wind did make the trail a little challenging to find as you approach tree line, but used our gps to validate and redirect. Post holes were mid-thigh (3’). Glissading was not ideal as sleds were very fast due to steepness of trail, so did more walking than planned back down. |
