 | Comments: |
Solo hike over Hale and Zealand from Rt. 302 lot.
Snowshoes all day. I headed up Hale Brook Trail behind another solo hiker in about 4-5" of fresh powder. Lend-A-Hand was unbroken but shortly in I encountered another hiker coming up from the hut which made my day easier. Twinway was well pathed out and an nice snowshoe track.
I crossed paths with about a dozen others and all but one in snowshoes, and a group skiers heading up Zealand Trail to the hut. |
