Ice and log dam just below Cog crossing, quite stabile. Other crossing bridged. |

Pretty good. Thanks AMC volunteers! Two blowdowns early in trail, then none above. |

One of us climbed in dull MicroSpikes, but switched to full crampons to descend. Other stayed in sharped Hillsound TC the whole trip, but had Hillsound Pro as back up. Saw nine fast young hikers making a Presi Traverse. Best of luck to them. |
