Dry low, running water on first sustained climb pitch, rotten snow/ice on switchbacks between crags- all avoidable to sides. No postholing with low temps today/tomorrow- that will change once warming drops the big monorail that the snowmobiles left. Above mason Brook junction monorail widens and persists til summit. Easy to navigate while firm. |
