Comments
Comments: Nice solo hike up Pine Bend Brook trail. Microspikes were on and off until the steep section began. Upon descent I switched to crampons which definitely made it more stable on the very steep and icy sections. The trail had everything from wet leaves and no ice to very steep and icy (blue) under soft snow. Parked on Kangamangus westbound as there is more room.
