| Comments: |
Sharp Hillsounds were all that were needed today, I thought I was going to have to break out the crampons for the descent, but the snow and ice on the trail had softened up enough in the pm to get enough bite with spikes. There was just one glacier-sized ice flow on Valley Way that needed a walk-around, but only on the descent. It was actually easier to bareboot on the Osgood Trail due to the lack of ice above treeline. |
