 | Comments: |
Polecat ski trail is very soft and still deep snow in areas. Very strenuous hiking uphill in these conditions. Hillsounds were on all day; there were many bare spots on the ski trail. Wildcat Ridge trail is in pretty good shape. From Wildcat D to C there are many challenging areas with icy, slippery, slushy snow. We did not posthole, so spikes were fine on the ridge. |
