 | Comments: |
Bare boots to about 3500 feet up Crawford Path. Snow was soft and grip was good, icy spots avoidable. Even with these mild temps the snow on the trail is stable and packed down. Crawford Path over to Eisenhower was a combo of dry rocks, some standing water, icy spots and snow path. We took spikes off for rocky ascent to Eisenhower, then put them back on half way back to Pierce and wore them down Crawford Path about a mile from trailhead. |
