 | Comments: |
Winter returned to the mountains. There was about 1-3 inches of snow on the trail. Looking at the higher mountains, much more. You may need snowshoes further up on higher elevations. It was a beautiful winter wonderland and the winds were howling in the parking lot; barely felt on the trail. The hike was simulated rescue training for the Pemigewasset Valley Rescue Team. |
