Comments
Comments: Signal ridge was snow free until about two-thirds of the way up. Firm, icy surface in the morning. Loosened up in spots receiving direct sunlight leading to unstable steps. Micro spikes recommended. Desolation was snow covered until about half a mile from the bottom. Very dangerous sections of ice as well. Traction and ice axe would still be recommended for the steeper sections.
