Comments
Comments: trails in good shape. wet and a bit slick down low, but never too muddy. the first bit of obp out of the parking area was pretty well washed out back in late august, but can be travelled with no issue.

this hike wasn't my original plan, but when i got up near the notch it looked so nice i made a switch. the clear skies didn't hold out, but it was still a neat day to be above treeline in the blowing clouds and fog. had some great views from the hut and then it closed back in for the rest of the hike. pretty quiet up there today. the falls along falling waters trail were quite spectacular with all the recent rain. great day to be out.
