Comments
Comments: Been awhile since hitting up the viewpoints on Crescent and Castleview Loop..Peek Path is rocky and a good workout up to the Mt. Crescent jct..hit a few patches of snow/ice shortly before south viewpoint and more after towards north view..then backtracked and took Castleview Loop down to Carlton Notch Trail and back out to parking..of course very dry conditions right now...did not take the Crescent Ridge Trail at it lowest jct. with Mt. Crescent Trail..past hikes this time of year there was always deep snow on the north side..nice views of Madison, Adams. King Ravine etc and Pliny and Pilot Ranges..
