Lot was almost full at 7:30. Glad we got there before memorial day weekend, it will be impossible from here on out! |

Water crossing were not bad, even for those among us who loathe rock hopping.

Still pretty mild. Non-biting ones of ladybug size descended on me up at the ridge, creepy but harmless. |

Got down Falling WAters with the dust from the ridge still on my boots.
Any residual monorail from earlier in the week had melted to small patches.
I wrapped a chunk of ice in a bandana and tied it as a kerchief to keep the back of my neck cool. |
