Really nasty. I killed about 100 black flies and about 100 black flies bit me.
I tried using DEET, but that does not deter them.
I did have a head net, so only my arms got bitten. |

The official Snows Mountain Trail only goes to a ledge; to get to the true summit requires bushwhacking. |
