Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: 19 Mile trailhead about half full at 6:45. Lot full and parking along road upon return.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No issues at crossings. All rock hops or bridged. 1 crossing between Carter Notch and Carter-Dome intersection on 19 Mile has just 1 plank remaining that is in good condition.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Quite a few blowdowns throughout the day. All easy to get over.

Dog-Related Notes: Quite a few, all behaved. 
Bugs
Bugs: Yup, they're out. Especially the mosquitoes along 19 Mile.

Comments
Comments: Headed in 19 Mile, went up to Zeta Pass using Carter-Dome. From there stopped at Mt. Hight on way to Carter Dome. Mt. Hight was highlight of the day by far.
Headed down to Carter Notch from there, passed a few people "enjoying" the steep trek up....
19 Mile from the Notch on return featured quite a wet trail for many parts. Managed to keep feet dry by being careful.
