Comments
Comments: Stunning day in the Northerns. Saw very few people all day, and was alone on the summit of both Adams and Madison. It was gusty around Kings Ravine and the Adams summit, but otherwise a perfectly clear, warm day. Airline and Valley Way were surprisingly dry, although the usual spring mud and slick rocks in sections. Star Lake Trail was even more rugged than I remember with constant steep scrambles, maneuvering through boulder fields, and getting scratched up by krummholz.
