| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Lot more than 1/2 full at 6:45 a.m. when I arrived. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
All crossings on Falling Waters were low rock hops and doable today. I ascended this trail today but descending would have been ok too. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Several blowdowns blocking the trail on FW starting about 9/10ths from the parking lot until about 1.5 miles. 8-12” in diameter trunks. People are eroding paths around them. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw several happy ones. Plenty of water on FW trail but none across the ridge or descending OBP after the hut. |
| Bugs: |
They were out at the lower elevations flying into eyes, nose, mouth, ears. Annoying. |
