Parking/Access Road Notes: Ammo lot about 1/4 full at 6:30am.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No issues, all rock hops or bridged.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A tree down on Jewell around 4000 feet. Cannot go over or under, need to go off trail slightly to get around. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Only saw 1, between Monroe and Washington. 
Bugs
Bugs: Lower part of Ammo had some, not too bad.

Comments
Comments: The standard route here is "Up Ammo, down Jewell". I did the opposite and thought it was great. Ending the day with the waterfalls and gem pool on Ammo made for a good finish.
A lot of people out on a nice weekend day, summit of Washington fairly busy with the Cog running and Auto Road open.
