I thought signal ridge and carrigain notch (up until the vose turn) were in really nice shape. Not a lot to to unless you want to put a bridge over the chasm about a mile down carrigain notch. A couple crews were headed in for a few nights as I was headed out |

Not a ton to add from previous reports. Definitely paths to follow, but expect to lose the track several times and to trust in your trail finding ability to rejoin. Just below the talus field on the steep slope was the most chaotic. scratched up quite a bit, but overall a pretty simple hike
I stayed in the notch the last night in a small stealth site off the trail. Very little water right now. The bed was dry until about 2100ft, close to the big boulder. |
