Took old woods road off of the gated section of road to Boundary Pond to the border swath. Some mud and significant blowdowns along old road. Several Cow Parsnip plants on the border swath. Sap causes phytophotodermatitis. https://www.dec.ny.gov/animals/105388.html. On return bushwhacked from 135º corner, above the 2,480' contour, down to the outlet of Boundary Pond. Not terribly thick, but a number of blowdowns. |
