What a beautiful hike, trail in great shape. Fairly moderate until the switchbacks, then steep. The scramble is difficult in spots with lots of loose scree. 5 maybe 6 ledge view points offer amazing views! Herd path to summit is steep in spots but levels off quickly. Maybe 10 mins up & down. Only saw 3 on the way up, 1 more when almost back to car. Had top to myself, great breeze was most welcome as it was hot/humid in the woods. |
