Water Crossing Notes: A bridge on Lincoln Woods trail has been closed by forest service but easy to cross on rocks
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lincoln Woods really can’t get any better. I remember many more railroad ties on my last time here around 1983. Franconia Falls trail was a little wet and muddy but more like a white Mtn. trail.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Easy dog trail saw4 today
Bugs: There were some but not bothersome
Lost and Found
Lost and Found:
Comments: The falls haven’t changed in the last 40 years but I think the people on this trail have. Counted 130 on the trail quite a few families one dad actually pushing a baby stroller. Also saw 2 mountain bikes. Can’t imagine the trail and parking issues on the weekends.
