Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: NO water crossings. The meadow parts would probably be a little bit annoying after heavy rain due to masses of mud though.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Great shape on all the woods part! A tad overgrown walking through the meadows just before we got back to the car. Not bad at all though.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: None today. I haven't seen a dog out hiking in so long :'(

Comments: **CHECK OUT TRAIL REPORT!**
Pretty nice for a quick hike in the area. Was supposed to be a recovery hike (didn't feel like a recovery) and we weren't in any worse shape after. The first 0.3 or so of the trail was covered with "inconveniently placed" boulders but it subsided by the time we reached the junction of Castleview Loop and the trail turned into a really nice underfoot with pretty steady elevation gain. One little scramble up top before South outlook, nice flat walk to the North outlook which was my favorite of the two. Way down from the North felt steeper, but I didn't trust my legs in terms of gauging how hard it was, so I really don't think clockwise vs counterclockwise mattered too much here.
Nice hike overall! Loved the views we got for such few miles and if it was up to me this would easily be a 52 WAV.
