Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of work going on! Trail work and major improvements are being done. There are informative signs about this, with requests for avoiding this trail if the volunteers are present. Fortunately, there are many other great options in this area. Much work has been done; good water bars, new steps, retaining walls. Donations for the ongoing work may be made and would be greatly appreciated by the SLA. Thank you, SLA, UNH, and evryone else for your work.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Several enjoying their day. Bring water, watch ledges, and thanks for cleaning up after them. Trail was nice and clean, with no "doggie bags."
Bugs
Bugs: One skeeter.

Comments
Comments: Went in the midafternoon, following our first hike. Several spots in the parking lot, as earlier hikers had left. Good day for this. Temps were perfect and the sunny ledges provided great views of the lakes.
