It's been longer than I thought since I last visited this summit, when there were very nice views east to the Southern Presidentials and west to the Bonds and Guyot, and lots of gray jays. I saw only one shy gray jay. The summit has grown in to a point where there are no views. It was a nice day to be inside the forest because the wind was hurricane force sustained on open summits and ridges. |
