From where I parked, I walked the Class VI road uphill, crossed the town line into Stoddard (boundary marker), and passed three camps. At the third camp, I took a left onto a narrower woods road that took me up to the height-of-land. From there, I bushwhacked a short distance into the woods to two possible high point contenders (one just a bump and the other a bump with three large boulders), neither of which is recognized nor at the USGS spot elevation. I returned via the same route. |
