Lambert Ridge Trail very beautiful. Recommend going up this way. Lots of wet rock and slippery leaves so be careful. Ranger was good going down. Starts off from the top with rough footing and slippery conditions but flattens out with easy, gently footing for the majority of the descent. Nice stream and cabin on the way.
The top was very nice although views mainly from the fire tower. Be careful opening the latch... Very heavy to lift and hard to put back down in the sense that it's heavy and really just wants to slam shut on its own and can re.der you off balance if you're not careful |
