Boott Spur is in excellent shape. Almost no mud/standing water. Very dry. Perhaps in the best shape I've ever seen it. Should be an excellent option to Washington this weekend if you're looking to avoid potential crowds trying to get in some time with the nice weather. Did not see a soul until the summit. Only saw a patch or two of ice getting up to Washington, but was very thin/probably gone already. Tucks was a little wet descending, but nothing serious. Passed several people going to check out the headwall. Great November day. |
