This report is strictly to let everyone know that winter conditions should be expected on the upper summits.. ice (after yesterday’s rain and overnight freeze) encountered down low turned to wind blown drifts exceeding 12” today just below the summit.. time to pack the winter gear in.. spikes, gaiters, balaclava, goggles, etc |
