Icy slush after the first river crossing, then loosely packed snow above the second crossing. I was able to bareboot the entire route to Willey and back but I saw many people in microspikes. You should probably bring a pair. Nice to run into some friends and new acquaintances today, including a winter Trailwrights finisher. Inspiring. |
