 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Large lot on Stinson Lake Road- only one other vehicle (appeared to have been there overnight, but we never saw another person- wonder if they stayed at Three Ponds Shelter?) in the lot in the early morning. |

Ice - Black, Wet Trail, Snow - Wet/Sticky |

 | Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
SUCKER BROOK was a little high but not too bad- absolutely fine for adults with trekking pole(s) who are used to water crossings and able to get the bottoms of boots just a little wet; but, it was tough for the little guy (1st grader) who needed hand hold and tugging- but we all made it across for ascent/descent and happy we had a great outcome :-) *the little guy was understandably nervous thinking back a few weeks when our crossing on Bald Circle Trail (Evans Notch) did not go smoothly <3 |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
2 blowdowns (not new) very easy walkovers. 3 overhead blowdowns (not new) very high up leaners- easy walkunders (you many not even notice them) ;-) The trails were in great condition albeit covered with snow, save for the initial walk to Carr Mountain Trail which initially was sporadic snow/wet trail |
