Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Roads in Pittsburg were open, but will likely close after this weekend. Roads are packed down, but icy and untreated. I carefully drove a small car 3mi. in on Magalloway road and then about a mile south on Buckhorn road to launch a bushwhack up to tower road.

Comments
Comments: Snow ranged from 4-12in. with deeper drifts, making snowshoes a good choice. After bushwhacking up to the road and walking the road to the trailhead I took the Coot Tr. up. I was enjoying snowshoeing so I took the Bobcat down and went over the West Peak on the way out.

this was #624/624, finishing a '52WAV Grid' for me.
