After yesterday's trip, I opted for light snowshoes roundtrip and found them to be ideal. Maybe 3-4" at the trailhead, almost instantly jumping to 6-10" about 1/3rd of the way up. Trail has not seen much traffic above the top viewpoint, so snowshoes were helpful there, as well as for the summit loop. |
