We made an attempt on this trail today. Trail was unbroken, and spikes were not quite enough and snowshoes would not have worked either [???]. If the snow were firmer, it would have been fine for spokes, unfortunately, it was not a great match for snowshoes either. Would up turning back after .7 miles and doing something that was more broken out. Really needs a good snowfall so snowshoes can be used. |
