Comments
Comments: dry trail down low. obp had consistent coverage above the first outlooks with sections of bare ledge. a mix of snow consistencies from there to the summit of lafayette with some ice mixed in. more snow to lincoln then it thinned out over little haystack. more sporadic coverage on the way to liberty then pretty consistent between liberty and flume. spotty coverage until just below the ladders on osseo where the snow disappeared.
microspikes were on and off a few times today. real helpful on upper obp and greenleaf trail and on parts of the ridge. also good between liberty and flume and in sections beyond on the descent.
nice hike. really warm with much less wind then forecasted. thanks to cynthia and joe for a great day.
